Monash-Waverley Division Cross Country
On Wednesday the 28th of May, 17 of our students attended the Monash-Waverley Division Cross Country event. We were incredibly proud of their outstanding effort and achievement on the day.
Their determination, resilience and positive sportsmanship were on show, and it was fantastic to see them supporting and encouraging each other throughout the day.
Each student represented our school with aplomb, showcasing both their athletic abilities and our school's values. Congratulations to everyone involved on such an exceptional performance—we couldn't be prouder! With the top 12 places continuing on to Regionals, we have 2 students who will be representing GWPS. Abbey (4F) placed an amazing 6th place in her race and Ayaan (5D) placed second in his.
